1️⃣ Check-in Process: Athletes receive a QR card at check-in.
2️⃣ Registration: Participants complete an online registration for data collection.
3️⃣ Efficient Photo Process: The QR card is scanned at each station for a streamlined experience.
4️⃣ Personal Galleries: Images are posted online in individual galleries for each athlete/family.
5️⃣ Multi-Sport Athletes: Each sport will have its own dedicated gallery.
6️⃣ Same-Day Image Access: Parents/participants receive an email and text link to view their gallery on the day of the shoot.
7️⃣ Fast Delivery: Orders are shipped directly to buyers — typically within 48 hours or less.

🔒 Your Data is Safe: Candid Color Photography never shares participant data with third parties.
🔐 For added security, Personal Image Galleries can be PIN-protected if needed.

• This service is an optional, add-on to our complimentary High Impact Media Day experience
• Receive EVERY individual athlete image taken on Media Day as a digital image with release.
  • Digital team pictures and PR/program pictures of individuals are already included at no charge for the school/organization with any Media Day experience.
  • Digital and released Family or Coach/athlete images may be additional or can be purchased online by each family individually.
• Digital files of individual athletes are provided to one contact via link for download with copyright release.
• 8-10 poses/backgrounds taken with 6-8 final images per athlete

• A separate shoot and posing at a location of the organization’s choosing which can include group pictures of moms with athletes.
• Digital images are provided to one contact via link for download with copyright release.
• Images are still available to be purchased in a variety of products online.
• We do offer Mom & Senior photos without an upfront fee, to allow parents to buy individually.
  • A minimum number of athletes may be required.
• This service can be added to a Media Day where family photos are already being taken to receive released, digital family image files.

• Add a :30 or :60 second Team Hype Video onto any Media Day experience. The price is per team.
• Individual Senior or athlete hype videos are also available at the same shoot.
• Separate Hype Video shoots also available for teams and individuals outside of Media Day.
