Professional photographers, schools, leagues, and organizations that use CCS software and services to upload, organize, sell, and deliver photographs.

1.2 Buyers and Event Participants (“End Users”)

Parents, attendees, students, athletes, and others who:

• Are photographed at events
• Browse galleries
• Place photo orders
• Use selfie check-in
• Interact with CCS-powered ecommerce platforms

1.3 When CCS Operates Events Directly

In some cases, CCS provides photography services directly under one of its owned brands (for example, Oklahoma Party Pics).

In these situations:

• CCS acts as the primary data controller.
• Personal information collected at the event (including photographs, contact information, order details, and communications) is collected and processed directly by CCS.
• There is no independent Studio controlling the data.

The same privacy practices, security measures, retention standards, and rights described in this Privacy Policy apply.

Certain Studios, as well as CCS-owned photography brands (including Oklahoma Party Pics), may enable an optional Face Matching feature.

• Images are provided to a third-party Face Matching vendor.
• The vendor analyzes facial features.
• The vendor returns only image relationship data to CCS.
• CCS does not receive or retain biometric templates.

Biometric Data Handling

• Any biometric identifiers generated are stored, if at all, by the vendor.
• CCS does not sell, lease, or use biometric data for advertising.
• Studios (or CCS when operating events directly) are responsible for obtaining legally required consent.

9.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to:

• Access personal information

• Obtain a portable copy
• Opt out of sale or sharing
